this search engine is convenient but I´m not sure if this centralized service is a good idea – it is actually quid the opposite of what the fedivers tries to achieve

@dada @Nachbarschaft Yes but I don't understand this fact as a negative one.I think it's great that you can search for PeerTube videos on one single point where all videos are available,so you don't need the big and privacy-ignoring companies like Google.
So your spread the pots and videos on all kind of federated servers - that is fine… no one in in control of all the data but the downside of this is that you don´t find all the infoes right a way… now if you allow to crawl all the peerttube and masotodon instances and build an index of all this date you can search more easy but such kind of index can also be build from all kind of companies which selling data… so what do you think, is this fact negative or positive?
