#BridgetMcKenzie says the #LNP believes in principle that #electricvehicle drivers should pay a road use charge and will consider one in government, while insisting it will not be a "#tax".

Senator McKenzie also said the LNP would not cut the number of working holiday-makers, despite its plans to #reduce temporary #migration – the first time this commitment has been made by a frontbencher. #auspol #ausvotes

ABC News · Coalition puts EV drivers on notice over road use taxVon Tom Crowley

The problem is for the Left is that it isn't even advocating for more reasonable numbers of immigration. We will have never-ending homelessness of Australians who will be displaced by incoming immigrants because intake levels will always be multiples of housing we can build.

Australian society will be divided into two classes: landlords / property holders and renters.

"What are these values we hear soldiers sacrificed their lives for? ... is it a society where the unemployed live in poverty while the Reserve Bank believes there needs to be about 4.5% of the labour force without a job to keep inflation stable, and yet jobseeker is about 38% below the poverty line?"

"What made you stand up for the rights of renters and those without secure homes?

I was incensed by the injustice and seeing it made me want to do something about it. At the time, during COVID-19, I was working in child sex abuse. I wanted to talk publicly about the injustices I was seeing but I couldn’t. The next closest thing [to talk about] was renting. So that’s what started it."

most of the advertising was designed to capitalise on anti-immigrant sentiment. pauline hanson had a huge billboard which drew an appropriate response from senator briggs 😉
