To all of the #disability #advocates out there. How do you deal disappointment or depression that comes over you. Reason I’m asking is because recently, I started feeling depressed. I don’t want to stop advocating for things to be better for us as people with disabilities in Kuwait but sometimes, reality hits you hard and drops you all the way down. I’m trying to tell myself that its ok, this is just a phase and it’ll go away and I’ll be back to where I was but sometimes, it feels like no matter what you do, its not enough.
